Filistin İslami Direniş Hareketi Olarak Hamas: Kimliği ve Teşkilat Yapısı

Islamic movements are among the topics of interest for many researc-hers both locally and internationally. In the field of socio-logy of religious groups in Turkey, congregations, sects, religious movements and groups are covered in the literature. Studies in the field of international relations and political sciences on Hamas, on the other hand, focus on issues such as the history of the establishment of Hamas, its rivalry with Fatah, its resort to violence as a military organisation, and terrorism. This shows the inadequ-acy of studies dominated by a sociological perspective in the literature. In addition, the related studies do not examine Islamic movements in depth and ignore the role of Hamas in the Palestinian struggle, its presence at the governmental level, and its political and educational organisation. This re-search, which aims to elucidate the organisational structure, educational method, action-activity and struggle style of Hamas, which is an important movement in the resistance of the Palestinian people in Gaza today, reveals the importance of in-depth analysis of the issue of Islamic movements. In this research, it is assumed that it is a narrow approach to deal with this issue only in terms of violence and politics, and it is thought that it is neces-sary to analyse the movement in the context of its social conditions. In this context, this research aims to reveal the intellectual tradition of Hamas, its founding philosophy, the importance it attaches to education and social aid, how its political and military structure was formed, the reasons for its aut-hority in the eyes of the Palestinian people, and how the movement is defi-ned and classified within the framework of the possibilities and limits of sociology and qualitative method. In these aspects, it is accepted that this research will contribute to future in-depth studies.

İslami hareketler yerel ve uluslararası alanda birçok araştırmacı için merak uyandıran konular arasında yer almaktadır. Türkiye’de dini gruplar sosyolojisi dalında cemaatler, tarikatlar, dini hareketler ve gruplar literatürü kapsamaktadır. Hamas’ı konu edinen uluslararası ilişkiler ve siyasal bilimler alanında yapılan çalışmalarda ise, Hamas’ın kuruluş tarihçesi, El Fetih ile girdiği rekabet, askeri oluşum olarak şiddete başvurması, terörizm gibi ko-nulara odaklanılmaktadır. Bu da literatürde sosyolojik bakış açısının hâkim olduğu çalışmaların yetersizliğini göstermektedir. Yanı sıra ilgili araştırma-larda İslami hareketlerin incelenmesi derinlemesine yapılmamış, Hamas’ın Filistin mücadelesindeki rolü, hükümetler düzeyindeki varlığı, siyasi ve eği-tim örgütlenmesi göz ardı edilmektedir. Günümüzde Gazze özelinde Filistin halkının direnişinde önemli bir hareket olan Hamas’ın örgüt yapısı, eğitim metodu, eylemselliği ve mücadele biçiminin aydınlatılmasını amaçlayan bu araştırma, İslami hareketler meselesinin derinlikli analizinin önemini ortaya koymaktadır. Söz konusu meselenin salt şiddet ve siyasal açıdan ele alınma-sının dar bir yaklaşım olduğu varsayılan bu araştırmada, hareketin sosyal şartları bağlamında irdelenmesinin gerekli olduğu düşünülmektedir. Bu me-yanda sosyolojinin ve nitel yöntemin imkân ve sınırları çerçevesinde Ha-mas’ın taşıdığı düşünce geleneğinin, kuruluş felsefesinin, eğitime ve sosyal yardımlaşmalara verdiği önemin, siyasal ve askeri yapılanmasının nasıl oluştuğunun, Filistin halkı nezdindeki otoritesinin nedenlerinin, hareketin nasıl tarif ve tasnif edildiğinin açığa çıkarılmasını amaçlayan bu araştırma, bu bağlamlar ekseninde yorumlamalara yer vermektedir. Bu yönleriyle araş-tırmanın ileride yapılacak derin çalışmalara katkılarda bulanacağı kabul edilmektedir.
