Riâyetü’l-makâsıd fi’l-mezhebi’l-Hanefî Hazırlayan el-Hasen es-Sâfirî

In this research, the doctoral thesis prepared by al-Hasan al-Safiri at the University of Mohammed V in Rabat on the sponsorship of the purposes of sharia provisions in the Hanafi school was summarized and evaluated. The original name of the thesis is as follows: Riayetu’l-makasıd fi’l-mazhabi’l-Hanafi. The author has studied in his thesis the Hanafis explanation theory, its relationship to the purposes and the judgments they proved based on the purposes.

Bu çalışmada Hanefîlerin hüküm verirken şerʻî hükümlerin maksatlarını gözettiklerine dair el-Hasan es-Sâfirî’nin Rabat 5. Muhammed Üniversitesinde hazırladığı doktora tezi özetlenmiş ve kısaca değerlendirilmiştir. Tezin orijinal adı şöyledir: Riâyetü’l-makâsıd fi’l-mezhebi’l-Hanefî. Tezde Hanefîlerin taʻlîl anlayışları ve makâsıda dayanarak verdikleri hükümler incelenmiştir.
